This is an entry for the 2009 DeviantART Contest ; Good vs. Evil : Bring Your Vision to Life.
A concept of good and evil fighting to exist. Symbolism: the creatures are the same, not exactly beautiful, however they are the same and they exist in the same world. The constant of our existence is that we are the same blood. Like 2 magnets we repel each other until we find that opposite that compliments our existence. These creatures clearly are repelling each other, therefore allowing me to believe that good and evil can be the same as well as different, energies that repel or compliment each other depending on it's time place and purpose. Media: Hand drawn with a radiograph pen, scanned and then vectorized in adobe illustrator, to get the comic story like rendering. |
